Mathura Vrindavan tour package from Ahmedabad

Fly to Delhi, cab to Vrindavan2 to 3 daysCab, stay and guide

Ahmedabad to Braj is easier than most people imagine. Here is how the journey works, what a good first day looks like, and how we take care of the cab, the stay and the guide so you can concentrate on darshan.

How to reach Vrindavan from Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad to Delhi is a flight of about 1 hour 50 minutes. A cab from the airport reaches Vrindavan in 3 to 3.5 hours. Trains run towards Delhi and the Rajasthan side, and Mathura Junction is on the main line.

For travellers from Ahmedabad

Gujarat has strong ties with Braj. Pushtimarg devotees, in particular, come for Gokul, Govardhan (Shrinathji's story) and Nathdwara links. We can plan the days around those places and arrange a guide who speaks Gujarati or Hindi.

A simple plan

  • Day 1: reach, rest, evening aarti in Vrindavan.
  • Day 2: Mathura (Janmasthan, Dwarkadhish, Vishram Ghat) and Banke Bihari, whose timings vary by season.
  • Day 3: Govardhan, Barsana and Nandgaon, or Gokul and Raval, then the return.
Winter and early spring. Janmashtami draws very large crowds, so plan well ahead.

How we look after you

We try to follow the path Krishna gave in the Gita: keep dharma at each place we take you, and own the responsibility for the whole trip. You deal with one team for the pickup, the cab, the room at Laladham and the guide. If something changes, we change it with you, and not after.
