Pay when you travel, not before

For cab rides

Settle with your driver when the trip ends, in cash or by UPI. Nothing is collected when you book. The fare on the booking screen is the amount to settle, plus any tolls, parking or waiting that your fare does not already include.

If your fare is marked all-in, as on the Delhi airport transfers, tolls and taxes are already inside it.

For the Laladham stay

You pay at check-in. Food is included in the room and dorm rates, so the bill at the end is the stay itself along with any add-ons such as a scooty or a guide that you chose.

For tours

Group seats and private tours are paid at pickup on the day of travel. Offerings, meals and boat fares that the package marks as not included are yours to pay on the spot.

Tolls, parking and extras

• Tolls and parking are shown at actuals unless the fare says all-in.
• Waiting beyond the agreed time may be charged, and the driver will tell you before he starts the meter on it.
• Anything outside the booking, such as an extra stop, is agreed with you first.

A word on receipts and tipping

Ask for a written note of the fare at the end of the ride if you need one for your records. Tipping is never expected. If the driver or guide made your day easier, you can add a thank-you note in the app after the trip.
