When you book or send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number and trip details such as pickup, destination, date and number of travellers. If you write to us, we also keep your message and the email address or number you used.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange your cab or homestay, to confirm and change bookings, and to contact you about your trip by call, WhatsApp or email. We may also use your messages to answer questions and to improve our service.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the driver or host who is serving your trip, and with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed. We may disclose it where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting needs.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Write to namaste@laladham.com and we will respond.

Changes
