How joining works

- 2Book your seatsChoose how many seats you need and confirm your phone number. Nothing is paid in advance.
- 3Meet at the pickup pointEach departure has a fixed meeting point and time. The driver and guide are there to greet you.
- 4Travel togetherYou share a vehicle and a guide with other pilgrims, so the day has company, stories and a steady pace.
- 5Pay at pickupYou settle the fare on the day. If plans change, cancel in the app and your seats go back to the group.

Questions, answered
Do I need to know the other people in the group?
No. Many guests join alone or as a pair. Seats are limited, so the group stays small enough for the guide to know everyone by name.
What if the group is full?
A full departure shows as full. Choose another date, or take the private version of the package if it has one.
What if too few people join?
Departures are confirmed with you before the day, and we will tell you if a date changes. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to chase.
Are there group tours at festivals?
Yes, around Holi and Kartik. Dates follow the panchang, so check the Braj calendar and confirm locally.
