Delete your lala:Cab account
You can delete your lala:Cab account and its personal data at any time, from the app or from this page.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
- Open the lala:Cab app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. You are signed out straight away.
On the web
Confirm your phone number with a WhatsApp code, then delete.
Signed in with Apple or Google, or no WhatsApp?
Email namaste@laladham.com from the email on your account (or your Apple private relay address), or WhatsApp +91 84390 31324 from your registered number, with the subject or message "Delete my account". We confirm the request comes from the account holder and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Saved places such as Home and Work.
- Sign in with Apple and Google links, sign-in sessions and push notification tokens.
- Open bookings are cancelled; anything paid for them from the wallet is credited back first.
What is kept, and for how long
Records of past bookings and wallet payments (booking number, date, trip, amount and status) are kept for accounting and tax for up to 8 years, then deleted. They are no longer linked to your name, phone or any login. Messages you sent us on WhatsApp or email stay in those apps unless you ask us to delete them too.
Money left in your wallet is not lost: write to us before deleting and we refund it to the original payment method. See the privacy policy for the full details, or contact support.
