Plain terms for using lala:Cab. By booking with us you agree to them.

What we do

lala:Cab arranges cab travel and homestay stays (Laladham) in Braj, along with darshan and trip planning help. We serve Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Gokul, Barsana, Nandgaon, Agra and Delhi NCR.

Fares and estimates

Fares shown on the website are estimates unless marked as fixed or all-in. We confirm the final fare with you before the trip. Please check what your fare includes when you book.

Tolls, parking and driver allowance

Unless your fare is marked all-in, tolls, parking, state entry taxes and driver night allowance on multi-day trips may be charged extra. We will tell you which apply before you confirm. Waiting beyond the agreed time may be charged.

Cancellation and changes

Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change. Free cancellation is usually available well before pickup or check-in. Late cancellations, or a cab already dispatched, may carry a charge. We will state the exact terms when we confirm your booking. During festivals such as Holi and Janmashtami, stricter terms may apply.

Travelling with us

Please respect the driver, the vehicle and the host's home. Homestay guests are asked to follow house rules. Temple timings, darshan queues and road closures are outside our control, and we will always help you adjust.

Liability

We take care in every trip, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, festival closures or other events beyond our control. Please look after your own valuables.
