How booking works, from the first message to the last darshan

Three ways to book

The booking app at /app is the fastest. You pick a pickup and a drop, see the fare for each vehicle, and confirm. If you would rather talk it through, write to us on WhatsApp or call, and we will enter the booking with you and send you the details.

Cabs, the Laladham stay and tours all live in the same app, so one phone number and one account hold your whole yatra.

Booking a cab

• Choose a one-way ride, a round trip, an airport transfer or an hourly package with a driver.
• Pick your vehicle: hatchback (4 seats), sedan (4 seats), 7-seater suv (7 seats), tempo traveller (12 seats).
• Check the fare shown for your route. Fixed routes such as the Delhi airport transfer carry an all-in fare, and other trips show the basis of the estimate.
• Confirm your name and phone number. We check the number with a code on WhatsApp where it is available, or with a call back.

What you see after you book

Your trip page moves through simple stages: requested, driver assigned, driver accepted, on the way, arrived, started and completed. Once a driver is assigned you see his name, the car and its number. While the trip is on, you can follow the car on the map.

After the ride you can leave a rating and a note, including a thank-you if the driver went the extra mile.

Booking the Laladham stay

Choose your dates and the number of guests, and the app shows which rooms are free. Private rooms and dorm beds both include home-cooked food. A scooty or a local guide can be added for any day. The stay is confirmed straight away when rooms are available.

Booking a tour

Open a package and decide between two ways: join a group on a set date, or book private for your own day. Group seats return to the group if you cancel. A private request is confirmed by a call back, because we want to plan the day with you. The tours page explains both in detail.

If something changes

Plans shift, flights run late and temples open at different hours. Tell us on WhatsApp, or change the booking from your trip page, and we adjust with you. For airport pickups we follow the flight, so a delay does not cost you the car.
