Why a Tuk Tuk

Small enough for the lanes

Fits the galis

Banke Bihari, Radha Raman and the old Mathura lanes are narrow. A Tuk Tuk reaches the gate where a car has to stop a walk away.

Waits while you pray

On an hourly booking the driver waits at each temple and keeps your bags and shoes in sight.

A fare you know first

The fare is shown before you book, 15% under what a hatchback costs for the same trip. No bargaining at the stand.

Braj drivers

Our Tuk Tuk drivers live here. They know which gate opens first and where the crowd thins out.

Questions

Tuk Tuk FAQs

Where does the Tuk Tuk run?

Inside Braj: Mathura, Vrindavan, Gokul, Govardhan, Radha Kund, Mahaban, Baldeo, up to about 30 km around Mathura and Vrindavan. Point to point rides go up to 40 km. For Agra, Delhi or longer days, book a cab.

How is the fare worked out?

It is the hatchback fare for the same trip with 15% off, rounded to the nearest ten rupees. Point to point follows the city cab fare by distance; hourly bookings follow the hourly cab packages.

How many people fit?

Up to 3 adults with small bags. For a family of five or luggage from the station, a cab is more comfortable.

How do I pay?

Pay the driver in cash or by UPI at the end, or pay now from your Laladham wallet. If you cancel a paid booking, the fare goes back to the wallet.

Is it an e-rickshaw or an auto?

Whichever is closest to you, both are open on the sides. Ask on WhatsApp if you want one or the other.

Need a car for the family?

Hatchback, sedan, SUV or a Tempo Traveller, with a Braj driver for the day.
