How to reach Vrindavan from Bengaluru
A direct flight from Bengaluru to Delhi takes about 2 hours 45 minutes. A cab from the airport reaches Vrindavan in 3 to 3.5 hours. Trains from Bengaluru to Mathura exist but take more than a day, so flying is the sensible choice.
For travellers from Bengaluru
Bengaluru has a big ISKCON community, and many guests come specifically for the Vrindavan Krishna Balaram Mandir. We often plan three nights: one in Vrindavan, one near Govardhan and Barsana, and a last easy day in Mathura and Gokul.
A simple plan
- Day 1: reach, rest, evening aarti in Vrindavan.
- Day 2: Mathura (Janmasthan, Dwarkadhish, Vishram Ghat) and Banke Bihari, whose timings vary by season.
- Day 3: Govardhan, Barsana and Nandgaon, or Gokul and Raval, then the return.
How we look after you
We try to follow the path Krishna gave in the Gita: keep dharma at each place we take you, and own the responsibility for the whole trip. You deal with one team for the pickup, the cab, the room at Laladham and the guide. If something changes, we change it with you, and not after.
