How to reach Vrindavan from Pune
Fly Pune to Delhi in about 2 hours 15 minutes, or Mumbai flights if timings suit better. A cab from Delhi Airport takes you to Vrindavan in 3 to 3.5 hours. There are also trains to Mathura Junction, long but comfortable, if you travel with elders and heavy luggage.
For travellers from Pune
Pune guests often combine Braj with Agra or Jaipur. We build the trip so Braj gets the unhurried days, and the Taj is a half day add-on. Remember that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
A simple plan
- Day 1: reach, rest, evening aarti in Vrindavan.
- Day 2: Mathura (Janmasthan, Dwarkadhish, Vishram Ghat) and Banke Bihari, whose timings vary by season.
- Day 3: Govardhan, Barsana and Nandgaon, or Gokul and Raval, then the return.
How we look after you
We try to follow the path Krishna gave in the Gita: keep dharma at each place we take you, and own the responsibility for the whole trip. You deal with one team for the pickup, the cab, the room at Laladham and the guide. If something changes, we change it with you, and not after.
